We're based in Pinellas Park and drive to homes from Saint Petersburg up to Tarpon Springs.
Pinellas County is packed tight with homes, from older block ranch houses to condos and rentals near the water. Humidity is what we fight most. Mildew starts in shower grout and window tracks when nobody keeps after them, and beach sand works its way into every tile floor.
We are based in Pinellas Park
Pinellas Park is home base, and Largo and Seminole are a short drive. A lot of the houses here are single-story block homes with tile floors and screened lanais. Tile hides dirt until you look at the grout lines. A lanai screen holds pollen and dust, and it blows back inside every time the slider opens.
We clean homes and offices in Saint Petersburg
Saint Petersburg is the biggest city we work in, with older houses on tight lots and plenty of apartments. Tenants move out when leases end, and that's when a move-out clean matters most. A landlord checks the inside of the oven and the fridge first. Those are the jobs a tenant usually skips.
We also clean north to Tarpon Springs
North of us we work in Clearwater, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor, East Lake and Tarpon Springs. We've also cleaned a rental in Oldsmar for a client who owns rental properties. Houses near the water get a salt film on the glass and sliding doors. It has to be rinsed off with clean water, because a dry wipe just smears it around.
